Thank you for helping make the Bozeman Free Market possible! Our events run entirely on community effort and kindness — and we couldn’t do it without you.
Here’s what to expect on event day:
- Arrival Time: Volunteers should arrive by 11:00 AM to help with setup and organization before the market opens at noon.
- Food Donation: If you’re bringing homemade food or produce to share, please arrive by 11:30 AM so we can safely label and arrange everything before guests arrive.
- Event Time: The market runs from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Volunteers help with setup, welcoming guests, keeping tables stocked, assisting with cleanup, and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and included.
- Cleanup: We’ll wrap up around 2:00 PM, with cleanup usually finished by 2:30 PM.
Please dress for the weather, bring a warm smile, and be ready to lend a hand wherever needed. No experience is necessary — just a willingness to help your neighbors and make Bozeman a little brighter.
